2001年のアルバム『Full Collapse』で、エモ/スクリーモ/ポストハードコアをメインストリームに押し上げ、「スクリーモの希望の星」と評されたバンド、Thursdayが13年ぶりに新曲「Application for Release From the Dream」を配信リリースしました。アメリカ・ニュージャージーのD.I.Y.ハードコア・シーンから登場し、ベースメント・ショウの開催からアンダーグラウンドをオーバーグラウンドへと押し上げた彼ら。伝説的存在となっている彼らの復活が大きな話題となっている。

“Thirteen years since we last released music, Thursday have now entered our DIY collective era. Without being tied to a label we will release music when we want to…we are collaborating with new people and reimagining the band with each new song.
