フランク・アイイアロ (My Chemical Romance)、トラヴィス・スティーヴァー (Coheed and Cambria)、アンソニー・グリーン (Circa Survive)、 ティム・ペイン (Thursday)、タッカー・ルール (Thursday / Yellowcard) からなるスーパー・グループ、L.S. DUNESが、近日リリース予定のアルバムのタイトル曲「Violet」をリリースしました。Militarie Gunのイアン・シェルトンが監督したミュージックビデオも公開されている。
2025年1月31日にFantasy Recordsからリリースされるセカンド・アルバム『Violet』についてティムは、「”Violet”は、バンドとしての僕らのすべてを完全に凝縮した曲だと思う。 フランクはデモを完全に構成された曲としてバンドに持ち込んだ。 “Past Lives”の曲の要素をかなり聴くことができるけど、それは僕らの間でより確立された音楽言語というレンズを通して濾過されたもので、フランクが書いたこのすでに素晴らしい曲を、僕らの誰もが想像していなかったような場所へと昇華させることができたんだ」とコメントしている。
