2015年にカリフォルニア州サクラメントで結成されたパンクロック・バンド、Destroy Boys (デストロイ・ボーイズ) が、ニュー・シングル「Boyfeel」を配信リリース、ミュージックビデオを公開しました。この楽曲は、Hopeless Recordsから2024年8月9日にリリースされる予定の4枚目のアルバム「Funeral Soundtrack #4」からの先行シングルとなっている。
これまでにリリースされたシングル「Plucked」、「Shadow (I’m Breaking Down)」、「Beg For The Torture」に続く最新曲では、ボーカルのAlexia Roditisがジェンダー不適合との進化する関係を探求している。Alexia Roditisが17歳の時に書き始めたという「Boyfeel」は、Tay Allardが監督したビデオと共にリリースされ、同じテーマを探求している。
Destroy Boys have announced that their fourth album ‘Funeral Soundtrack #4′ will arrive on August 09, featuring the newly released single ‘Boyfeel’.Following previously released singles ‘Plucked’, ‘Shadow (I’m Breaking Down)’ and ‘Beg For The Torture’, the band’s newest track sees vocalist Alexia Roditis exploring their evolving relationship with gender nonconformity.A track that the vocalist started writing at the age of 17, ‘Boyfeel’ is released alongside a video directed by Tay Allard, exploring the same themes.
