オーランドを拠点に活動する女性ボーカル・ポップパンク・バンド、A New Violetが、最新曲「Over Again」のミュージックビデオを公開しました。 この曲は、Manic Kat Recordsからリリースされた最新EP『The Heat is Getting Hotter』からの楽曲となる。
リード・ヴォーカルのBeth Vandalは楽曲についてこのようにコメントしている。「”Over Again “のミュージックビデオのアイデアは、映画『マッドマックス』にインスパイアされているわ。 誰もいない廃墟のような場所を選んだの。 この曲は、力を取り戻し、恐怖に屈しないことを歌っている。自分自身の最悪の敵になるのを防ぐために、内なる戦士を解き放つことを余儀なくされたときを思い起こさせてくれるはずよ」。
Orlando pop-punk quartet A New Violet have premiered a music video for the heavy hitting “Over Again”.The track is taken from the band’s latest EP, The Heat is Getting Hotter, which is out now on Manic Kat Records.
Lead vocalist Beth Vandal shares: “The music video idea for “Over Again” was inspired by the classic Mad Max movies. I chose a gritty, abandoned area where nobody resides. Wanted that wasteland feeling to it.”
“Its like a place you’d feel vulnerable in when faced to fight off your enemies” continues Vandal. “This is a song about taking back your power and not caving into fear. When you’re forced to unleash your inner warrior in order to prevent becoming your own worst enemy.”
