ニューヨーク・ハードコアの礎を築いてきた Agnostic Front が、ヒップホップ・レジェンド Darryl “DMC” McDaniels（RUN DMC）を迎えた新曲「“Matter Of Life & Death”」とそのミュージックビデオを公開した。この楽曲は、11月7日にリリースを予定しているアルバム 『Echoes In Eternity』の先行トラックである。
バンドは、「“Matter Of Life & Death”では、ハードコア・パンクとオールドスクール・ヒップホップが激突するサウンドを描いた」と発言しており、鋭いリフと轟音ビート、DMCの鋭いラップが融合した攻撃的な仕上がりである。映像も、ブレイクダウンとモッシュピット、ブームボックスが交じり合う緊迫感のある演出で、ディレクター Blake Farber による映像化作品となっている。
